(3) Removable protective black nylon mesh prevents scratches on links and bike. (4) Chrome-plated case-hardened steel head rotates 360° for easier locking. Hardened to RC60 minimum. 1-5/8" diam. at widest point. Can't be drilled. (5) 7-pin-tumbler circular-keyway lock in a case-hardened steel inner housing. Special process makes this lock virtually pick-proof. (6) Steel tang secures lock. (7) Barrel-type key (2 included) is unique to each lock and is almost impossible to duplicate. Locks in seconds. Simply slide end links through head until you have the smallest loop then press down on lock to fasten. System with 3/4" diam. links. 3/16" diam. braided aircraft cable has 4200-lb. tensile strength.
