PORTABLE 110-VOLT GASLESS WIRE WELDER No gas cylinders or regulator needed. No special wiring required Choose 4 power settings (30 45 60 and 100 amps) for more accurate control or 2 power settings (50 and 85 amps) Uses .030" or .035" flux-core wire to make high-penetration welds. Special wire creates its own gas shroud as it burns which eliminates the need for separate gas cylinders. This shroud makes welder ideal for use outdoors. 11-lb. spool capacity. Microprocessor controlled—wire feed speed adjusts automatically (up to 45 ft./minute) to the heat setting you select. Copper- and aluminum-wound transformer lasts longer and has a longer duty cycle than aluminum-wound transformers. Easily welds up to 1/8" thick mild steel with flux-core wire. Approx. 17" x 10" x 15" steel housing with carry handle. Weighs approx. 48 lbs. Kit includes: torch with on/off switch and 6-ft. cable; 6-ft. power cable; 6-ft. cable with ground clamp; 1-lb. spool of .035" flux-core wire; .030" and .035" contact tips; hand-held face mask; complete instructions.
